I am an innovative baker and cake designer with a strong passion for creating delicious, beautifully decorated cakes and delighting people with my creations. 

Growing up with a love of baking (and eating!) delicious cakes led to a professional career in creating baked products to delight consumers. Launching Gorgeous Cakes by Helen was a natural progression for me to further pursue my passion for baking and designing cakes.

My love of meeting and working with people enables me to focus on understanding my client's wishes and dreams for their celebration's centrepiece. My goal is to create people's dreams in cake and create magical memorable moments for everyone at their celebration. 

Each handmade gorgeous cake is custom designed to be in harmony with my client's dream, celebration theme and budget. I know people's time is precious and I will ensure an effortless, pleasant and collaborative experience from our initial contact to collection or personal delivery of your gorgeous cake, leaving you with a lasting positive impression.
