Orders start to flow in from around August so remember to order your Christmas cakes early to allow time for the flavours to 'mature'. Gingerbread Christmas cookies make delicious gifts for teachers, family and friends.

Rich Dark Fruit Cake
Fruit is soaked in fruit juices and whisky (or brandy) before the cake is slowly baked then doused with more whisky and wrapped for the delicious flavours to develop. This cake is available decorated with glace fruit and/or festive nuts, or covered in almond paste and fondant with or without  decorations.

Christmas Cookies
Aromatic and flavoursome Gingerbread cookies, individually wrapped or boxed, will complement your table decoration theme and are a delicious gift for loved ones, colleagues and teachers.
