I bake my cakes and fillings from scratch using quality ingredients and my clients are delighted with the flavours and moistness of my cakes.
A standard height cake is approximately 4” (10cm) tall, layered into 3 and filled with delicious couverture chocolate ganache then covered in fondant and decorated in hand crafted decorations or fresh flowers. Alternatively your cake can be filled and decorated with my signature luscious Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Taller cakes ranging between 6" (15cm) to 8" (20cm) are also very popular. Any cake flavour can be combined with any ganache or buttercream flavour. |
